Svět kostiček® Temporary Exhibition

The exhibition will be open every weekend. To participate during the week (Tue – Fri), please book in advance by calling tel. 315 709 111.

The exhibition will offer a selection of LEGO® factory sets designed by leading Czech architects, sets from the LEGO® Friends Heartlake City series, LEGO® City sets complete with mechanical train sets and a carousel, a complete edition of the Model Team vehicles,  and train sets and locomotives by Peesko®.  Most importantly, the exhibition will showcase the unique, world-class designs by several Czech architects from different corners of the Czech Republic. Worth mentioning, for example, is the LEGO® village of Polanka nad Odrou and its music festival Rock-Fest from the imagination of Czech architect Daniel Soviar from the same village, and the Elf World diorama of the Ostravan story of Jiri Grigor on the  LEGO®  programme Legends of Chima. The Czech toy company SEVA®  presents Svět kostiček® as a patriotic destination that presents a range of factory sets from other companies, but also its own work, which includes life-sized animals, games and other interesting models. The exhibition will also feature a large children’s playroom with LEGO® bricks and Seva® cubes.

The exhibition will start with Kostičkofest, which is described below:

Saturday, 12 May 2018, 9 a.m to 5:00 p.m.

One cube, two cube, three cube, four …  dear children and parents, the entire Castle Nelahozeves is filled with cubes. Come join us to build! Seva® and LEGO® kits are here just for you.

The program includes workshops, lectures and an Architectural Academy for children 6 years of age and older. At the Kostičková Exchange visitors may purchase new and used LEGO®  pieces and of course new and used Seva® bricks. Independent designers will also showcase their own special creations at the Kostičková Exchange. A major attraction will be the functional LEGO® model of an amusement park, with a Ferris wheel of over 2.30 m in diamater. There will be a musical theatre performance entitled “Hnedle – Vedle” as part of the “Kostičková show” in the courtyard.  Children may participate in competitions and quizzes for a chance to win buildable prizes.
